Delete your data

How to remove your hexodic account and data — what goes, what stays, and how long it takes.

This page explains how to delete data held by hexodic, the game published by INTERPLORE LLC (Michigan, USA). It applies to the hexodic apps on Google Play and the App Store, and to hexodic.com.

Contact for any request: interplore.media@gmail.com

Option 1 — delete your account yourself, in the app

Two steps, on any platform:

  1. Open the menu (☰, top-left of the home screen).
  2. Choose Delete account, then confirm.

You must be signed in, so only you can delete your own account. If you have never signed in, we hold no account for you and there is nothing to delete — you can play hexodic without an account.

Option 2 — ask us to delete data without closing your account

If you want specific data removed but want to keep your account, email interplore.media@gmail.com from the address on your account, tell us what you want removed, and we will action it and reply. There is no charge and you do not need to give a reason.

What happens when you delete your account

Immediately. Your account is deactivated and your email address and phone number are erased from it straight away, so it cannot be matched or re-linked by a future sign-in.

For 30 days. The record is retained so you can recover the account if you deleted it by mistake. Email interplore.media@gmail.com within that window and we can restore it. After 30 days recovery is no longer possible.

After 30 days. A scheduled job permanently purges your data from every store that holds it:

Data permanently erased
Your player record — sign-in identity, email address, display name, and provider avatar URL
Your game statistics and rating
Your in-game currency balance and entitlements
Your mission and challenge progress
Your notifications

We keep a record that a purge happened — your player id, when you deleted, when it was purged, and which stores were affected — so we can show the deletion was carried out. It contains no personal information about you.

What is kept, and why

Anonymous game records. Completed games are stored with no link to your identity — no name, email, account id, device identifier, or precise location. Because they cannot be traced back to any individual, they cannot be selectively removed. You can stop new records being created at any time in Settings › Share anonymous game data.

Purchase and transaction records. Where a purchase was made, the underlying transaction record is retained where we are required to keep it, and audit records are immutable by design. Purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their own terms — we never hold your payment details.

Data held by your sign-in provider

If you signed in with Google, Apple, or Facebook, deleting your hexodic account removes what we hold. It does not change anything held by that provider. To disconnect hexodic from your Facebook account, use Facebook’s Settings › Apps and Websites.
