This page explains how to delete your account for **hexodic**, the game published by
**INTERPLORE LLC** (Michigan, USA). It applies to the hexodic apps on **Google Play** and the
**App Store**, and to **hexodic.com**.

## Delete your account in the app — two steps

1. Open the **menu** (☰, top-left of the home screen).
2. Choose **Delete account**, then confirm.

That's the whole process. You must be signed in, so nobody else can delete your account for
you. It takes effect immediately.

If you have never signed in, you have no account with us and there is nothing to delete —
hexodic can be played without one.

## If you can't sign in

If you have lost access to the Google, Apple, or Facebook account you signed in with, you can
still have your hexodic account deleted. Email **interplore.media@gmail.com** from the address
you believe is on the account, tell us you want it deleted, and we will verify what we
reasonably can and action it. There is no charge and you do not need to give a reason.

## What happens, and when

**Immediately.** Your account is deactivated. Your **email address and phone number are erased
from it straight away**, so it cannot be matched or re-linked by a future sign-in.

**For 30 days — recovery window.** The record is retained so you can undo the deletion if it
was a mistake. Email **interplore.media@gmail.com** within those 30 days and we can restore the
account. After 30 days, recovery is no longer possible.

**After 30 days — permanent purge.** A scheduled job erases your data from every store that
holds it:

Permanently erased after 30 days
---
Your player record — sign-in identity, email address, display name, and provider avatar URL
Your game statistics and rating
Your in-game currency balance and entitlements
Your mission and challenge progress
Your notifications

We keep a record that the purge happened — your player id, when you deleted, when it was
purged, and which stores were affected — so we can demonstrate the deletion was carried out. It
holds no personal information about you.

## What is kept, and why

**Anonymous game records.** Completed games are stored with no link to your identity — no name,
email, account id, device identifier, or precise location. Because they cannot be traced back
to any individual, they cannot be selectively removed, and they are not personal data. You can
stop new ones being created at any time in **Settings › Share anonymous game data**.

**Purchase and transaction records.** Where a purchase was made, the underlying transaction
record is retained where we are required to keep it, and audit records are immutable by design.
Purchases are handled by **Apple** or **Google** under their own terms — we never hold your
payment details.

## Your sign-in provider

Deleting your hexodic account removes what **we** hold. It does not change anything held by
**Google**, **Apple**, or **Facebook**. To disconnect hexodic from your Facebook account, use
Facebook's **Settings › Apps and Websites**.
